This lovely sow (so ugly she’s cute again) had 6 little beauties. Nestled in a warm bale of hay, these guys are already well versed in the art of snuggling!

WOLKI FARM IS A FAMILY OWNED REGENERATIVE FARM LOCATED IN THURGOONA, NSW.
We are a mixed enterprise operation with Cows, Chickens, Pigs, Bees, Orchard and Market Garden.
Our primary objective is to supply our Cafe Musette, located in Albury 8km away, with fresh & seasonal produce.
As we grow Cafe Musette has more and more produce from us on their menu and often some produce for retail sale!
We believe food production, land regeneration and ethical animal husbandry go hand in hand.
Employing holistic management principles and seeking guidance from trail blazers all around the globe we are enjoying rehabilitating and building resilience into our farm while producing nutritious, delicious and clean conscience food.

13.02.2021 I love hanging out with Monty – this guy knows stuff! We are gearing up for a BIG 2021 in honey. Our annual sales have already beaten our annual projection (mid feb). Production now will slow until September when it starts warming again.

18.04.2020 We moved our new drift of pigs onto pastures on our new farm but not everything went to plan! Some good lessons in the bag but most importantly, the pigs are on pasture!
